Tick the box. It’s yours.
It’s downloading. Here’s what’s next.
Free for a week. No account, no email. Pick the version for your Mac.
-
Open it.
Drag it into Applications and open it. If macOS blocks it, go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway. You only do this once.
Why does macOS block it?
macOS says that about every app whose maker isn’t in Apple’s paid developer program. It doesn’t mean anything was found. You can check the file against the SHA256 checksum on my public releases page.
-
Tell it what you’re working toward.
The app asks for your goals first. Write a line or two, or skip it. Your Sunday report grades your week against them.
-
Press Start tracking.
Every so often it pops up and asks what you did. Answer in a few words and get back to work.
-
Come back on Sunday.
Press Grade now on Sunday evening and see how your week really went. No AI key needed.
